My Take: Can’t wait to get there! I’ve been through Aspen a lot and driven by and always salivated over what I saw. I’ve heard all the stories from lots of friends about how intense Highland Bowl is and taking a good look at the map, it looks like it would be worth every bit of the hike. I’m more into the less crowded, less popular smaller Colorado areas but I’m headed over to Aspen Highlands soon . . . full report on my return!
